"Travel is my therapy. It makes life fuller, more vibrant—especially when shared."

Jewel didn't set out to start a travel company—she just couldn't stop sharing the joy. As more friends began exploring the world with their families, they kept coming to her for tips, recommendations, and that infectious enthusiasm she has for discovering new places. Eventually, she realized she needed a bigger platform to share her passion. And so, our travel family was born.

For Jewel, travel isn't just a hobby—it's therapy. "When I travel to new places and experience new things, my life is fuller, more vibrant," she says. "Especially when shared with family and friends." That philosophy is woven into every trip we offer: travel that heals, inspires, and connects.

Favorite Destinations: Spain tops the list because she got to live the culture and share it with her mother. Florence captured her heart with its gelato (and, okay, the David didn't hurt either). Santorini's beauty speaks for itself. But Dublin? Dublin gave her a story she'll never forget.

Picture this: Jewel and her family—all nine of them—exhausted and hungry after a long day of sightseeing. They ducked into a local pub near their hotel for a quiet meal. Too quiet, apparently, because a handsome old Irishman pulled Jewel onto the dance floor and taught her a traditional dance. Within minutes, all nine family members were dancing, drinking, and having the time of their lives. They danced all night, nearly missed their flight to Paris the next morning, and Jewel was tired, sore, and gloriously hungover. "I will never forget the welcome and warmth we felt that night," she says.

This Year's Adventure: Jewel is hosting a trip to Portugal and Spain in June—a journey that blends the new with the beloved. She's never been to Portugal (yes, even travel pros have bucket list destinations!), and she's been to Spain many times and loves it deeply. She can't wait to share both the discovery and the reunion with her travel family.

Why Travel With Jewel? Because she believes the best adventures happen when you let go, say yes to the dance floor, and trust that the magic will find you.

Rashida Jewel

Chief Operating Officer & Travel Architect

The Planner Behind Your Perfect Adventure

While you're busy daydreaming about your next trip, Rashida is busy making it extraordinary. As our COO and chief travel architect, she's the one turning "wouldn't it be amazing if..." into reality—crafting each small group and custom experience from the ground up.

From sourcing the perfect boutique hotel in a hidden neighborhood to finding that family-run restaurant locals don't want you to know about, Rashida has an eye for the details that transform a good trip into an unforgettable one. She handpicks everything: accommodations that feel like home, activities that challenge and inspire, transportation that actually works, and those magical cultural immersion moments you'll be talking about for years.

Since 2008, Rashida has been mastering the art of group travel—whether it's a quick 4-day escape or an epic 30-day odyssey. Her secret? Keeping it low-stress and on-budget while never sacrificing the experience. Because the best adventures shouldn't come with anxiety or financial regret.

This Year's Adventures: Rashida is hosting trips to Dublin and a three-city tour through Japan—two destinations that couldn't be more different, which is exactly how she likes it.

Favorite Destinations: Florence holds her heart (she lived there during college and fell for its perfect Renaissance-meets-modern vibe), and the calm, serene beaches of Chios, Greece, are her happy place. But Barcelona? That's home. Vibrant, gorgeous, endlessly fun—it's the city that always welcomes her back.

What She Loves Most About Small Group Travel: The inside jokes. "The people really make the trip," she says. "There's nothing like discovering a new place with others who want to challenge themselves, think outside the box, and actually live the adventure—not just photograph it."

Fun Fact: Rashida was born in Spain, so really, she's had the travel bug since birth. It's not just what she does—it's who she is.

Charles

Travel Host

The wanderer who sees the world before the rest of us even notice it.

Charles has never believed in following a map. Not really. His father taught him that early—"The best way to get to know a place is to get lost." Charles took that advice to heart, and at 14 years old, he was already living by it. While most kids his age were stuck in summer routines, Charles was on the beaches of Bastille, celebrating French Independence Day until the early hours of the morning with locals who knew how to live. That night didn't just leave an impression—it set the tone for everything that followed.

Because Charles isn't just a traveler. He's a photographer. And that changes everything about the way he experiences the world. Where most people see a street, Charles sees light. Where most people see a city, Charles sees a story unfolding in real time. His camera is his companion, but it's not a barrier between him and the places he visits—it's the reason he pays closer attention than anyone else in the room.

And pay attention he does. At 30, Charles found himself washing elephants in Thailand—not as a tourist checking off a box, but giving back to the land in a way that felt natural and instinctual. It was the kind of moment that stays with you. The kind that changes how you see the world and your place in it.

The Art of Getting Lost: Charles doesn't just wander—he makes a practice of it. And the rewards? They're everywhere. He's stumbled onto the best Chinese food he's ever had tucked away in Florence. He's gotten the haircut of his life on a quiet back street in Rome that no tourist would ever find. He's sailed across the sparkling waters of Greece with nothing but the open sea and good company. And that famous Santorini sunset everyone posts about? Charles didn't just watch it—he shot it, camera in hand, after riding an ATV through the countryside to find the perfect vantage point. No crowds. No filtered version. Just the real thing.

Favorite Destination: Thailand. Without question. Charles loves it so much that he's making plans to move back—just him and his camera, ready to keep seeing what the world has to offer from the place that feels most like home. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about where his heart lives, nothing will.

Why Travel With Charles? Because he'll show you things you'd never find on your own. Charles doesn't just visit places—he uncovers them. Travel with him and you won't just see a destination. You'll truly experience it, one beautifully unplanned moment at a time. And if you're lucky, you might just see the world the way he does.

Dameyon

Travel Host

The guy who went from never having flown on a plane to conquering the world—one "Ok, let's do it" at a time.

Not everyone's travel story starts with a passport full of stamps and childhood vacations abroad. Dameyon's starts in 2019 on a flight to Texas for his wife Rashida's family reunion—his very first time on a plane. That's it. That was the spark. And since that day, his motto has been simple: "Ok, let's do it." Two words that have taken him from the deserts of Zion, Utah to the coastlines of Croatia, and everywhere in between.

When he's not exploring the world, Dameyon is busy creating worlds. As a stagehand in Las Vegas, he's helped bring some of the most spectacular events on the planet to life—Life Is Beautiful, EDC, and most recently, the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. If you can help build a spectacle that leaves audiences speechless, you already understand something fundamental about creating unforgettable experiences. That's exactly what he does when he travels.

And Dameyon doesn't just travel—he dives in. Cruises through Mexico, Costa Rica, Italy, and Croatia. Road trips to Angel Lake, Nevada and the stunning trails of Zion. He's always down for the adventure, even when the adventure gets a little unexpected. Like that time in Costa Rica when he accidentally drove the rental car into a ditch. Did he panic? Nope. He navigated a language barrier with the locals, figured it out, got the car out (not a scratch on it, by the way), and then went on to hike through the rainforest like nothing happened. That's Dameyon in a nutshell—when life throws you a ditch, you climb out and keep going.

Favorite Destination: Most people think of Hvar and picture the touristy buzz of the city center. Not Dameyon. His favorite memory from the Croatian island isn't a cocktail bar or a crowded beach—it's a bike ride through the countryside. Pedaling along quiet roads, stopping at a small family farm where they handed him some of the best watermelon he's ever tasted, then invited him into their basement to share wine they'd made themselves. No tour guide. No itinerary. Just a family, a bottle of homemade wine, and the kind of authentic connection that you can't manufacture. That's the kind of travel moment Dameyon lives for.

Why Travel With Dameyon? Because he proves that the best adventures aren't about where you've been—they're about saying yes. From his very first flight to driving out of a ditch in Costa Rica, Dameyon approaches every experience with openness, humor, and a fearless "Ok, let's do it" energy that's contagious. Travel with him, and you might just surprise yourself.

Paris

Travel Host

The one who doesn't just travel the world—he commands it.

a piece of white paper with a brown border
a piece of white paper with a brown border

Paris didn't become a travel host by accident—he became one because chaos has never once intimidated him. With a passport stamp collection spanning Ireland, Italy, Greece, France, Belize, Honduras, and Mexico, Paris has seen enough of the world to know that the best adventures rarely go exactly as planned. And honestly? He wouldn't have it any other way.

Before he started sashaying his way across continents, Paris spent his days managing the beautiful, beautiful chaos of an elementary school classroom. If you can wrangle a room full of five-year-olds before 8 AM, you can handle just about anything the road throws at you. And the road has thrown him plenty—including losing his passport on the way home from Dublin. Did he panic? Barely. Paris navigates stressful situations the way he navigates the traffic circle around the Arc de Triomphe: with confidence, a little flair, and zero hesitation.

Speaking of which—yes, that story is true. Paris once walked straight into the chaos of the Arc de Triomphe roundabout, put out his left hand, and sashayed across the street like he owned Paris itself. Traffic stopped. Tourists stared. And Paris just kept walking. That's the energy he brings to every trip.

Favorite Destinations: France holds a special place—obviously. The Arc de Triomphe story alone is reason enough to revisit. Ireland brought him the kind of warmth and welcome that sticks with you long after you've landed back home. And Belize? The kind of laid-back, sun-soaked paradise that resets everything.

Up Next: Paris is hosting our Belize Beach Escape in 2027—a laid-back Caribbean getaway that's perfectly suited to his vibe. Think turquoise water, easy adventures, and good energy. If there's anyone you want leading your island escape, it's the guy who can stop traffic with nothing but confidence and a well-timed hand gesture.

Why Travel With Paris? Because the best trips aren't just about where you go—they're about the energy you bring. And Paris brings more of it than anyone we know. Plus, if things ever get chaotic, trust us—he's already three steps ahead.
